Mallorca Meet – End User License Agreement (EULA)

Important note: This document represents both the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the Mallorca Meet App and complies with the requirements of the Apple App Store Review Guidelines.

1.2 Scope

This EULA/GTC applies to:

• The use of the Mallorca Meet iOS App
• All Premium features and in-app purchases
• Real-Life Actions (drink deliveries, taxi service, etc.)
• Event tickets and events
• Partner services and integrations

1.3 Acceptance of Terms

By installing, downloading or using the app, you expressly agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

2. License and Usage Rights

2.1 Granted License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Mallorca Meet App on your iOS device, subject to compliance with these terms.

2.2 Usage Rights

You may:

• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Create and manage your profile
• Use all features according to the terms
• Contact other users through the app

2.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app
• Distribute, rent, lease or sublicense the app
• Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

3. User Obligations

3.1 Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide truthful information
• You must maintain the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Prohibited Content

You may not:

• Upload false, misleading or offensive content
• Share personal information of other users
• Use the app for commercial purposes without permission
• Violate applicable laws or regulations

3.3 User Conduct

• Treat other users with respect
• Report inappropriate behavior
• Follow our community guidelines
• Use the app responsibly

4. Premium Features and Payments

4.1 Premium Features

Premium features include:

• Unlimited swipes
• Advanced filters
• Priority matching
• Enhanced chat features
• Real-Life Actions

4.2 Payment Terms

• All prices include applicable taxes
• Payments are processed via Apple App Store
• Subscriptions renew automatically
• You can cancel anytime in your App Store settings

4.3 Refunds

• Refunds are handled by Apple
• Contact Apple Support for refund requests
• We cannot process refunds directly

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1 Data Collection

We collect data necessary for app functionality:

• Profile information
• Usage data
• Location data (with consent)
• Communication data

5.2 Data Usage

We use your data to:

• Improve the app
• Ensure security

• We may terminate accounts for violations

• Your access to the app will end
• Your profile will be deleted

8. Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms

• Continued use constitutes acceptance

9. Final Provisions
